Approved systems are brought to life in our modern ISO 9001- and CE-certified production facilities. Polyurethane-filled panels and high-efficiency cooling units are produced on fully automated lines.
Leak-tightness and insulation tests are carried out at every stage. Before leaving the line, the units are subjected to rigorous performance tests and packaged to operate in the field with a zero-error principle.
Logistics and flawless on-site installation
Completed components are shipped to the site with special packaging methods that reduce the risk of damage to zero. The installation stage is carried out entirely by certified technical teams within our company.
At the joints, 100% sealing is achieved with locking gasket systems that eliminate thermal bridges. Gas charging, vacuuming, and piping are completed to industrial standards.
Commissioning, training, and 24/7 support
The physically completed facility is started up for the first time with our chief engineers present. All critical performance values such as temperature, humidity, and pressure are calibrated to confirm that the target cooling regime has been achieved.
